		<description>Yes, I have you to thank for NROLW. I think Stage 1 might be a little long (6 weeks!??!?) but we&#039;ll see. I am just looking forward to some new (to me) exercises.  I was stuck in a weight lifting rut and I am hopeful that this will get me out of the rut.</description>

I can&#039;t eat bananas before I run because they make me burp.  Isn&#039;t that weird?  I know many people like bananas before a run, but I only like them after.</description>
