It’s late and I should be sleeping, but alas I’m going to throw a quick post together.
Eat
Because M and I went to The Restaurant at the Canterbury Hotel (yes, that’s the real name of it) as part of Devour Downtown, my calories for today are somewhat of a guess, and my guess is that they are on the low side of guessing, but without further adieu:
Total Calories: 1464
Percentage of Calories from Fat: 27.5%
Percentage of Calories from Protein: 27.2%

Run
Although it was almost 9:30 by the time we got home, I laced up my running shoes and went out for a quick 2 mile run. I actually think it was a really fast two mile run for little slow poke me, but I will never find out as the Garmin died 1.3 miles in
After the run, I convinced M to take the dog out for a walk with me it. The weather was lovely tonight. I could have (and perhaps should have) run forever!
Litigate
This category is hard to write something about every day. The stuff I do has become quite routine for me. I’m sure it’s far from boring to most people, but after a year (I can’t believe it’s only been that long) of doing this stuff it’s become quite mundane to me. That doesn’t mean I don’t get a crazy call daily from a variety of clients or that I’m not learning about how small Indianapolis is once we learn about all the affairs in the city — which by the way seems like the smallest city on earth when you start doing this stuff. It’s just at this point it seems like almost nothing will shock me. In a year of doing this I’ve seen the good (parties who hated each other being able to agree what was best for the kids without an argument or second thought), the bad (countless cases of infidelity and being hit on by a 75 year old client) and the ugly (domestic abuse and a XXX picture from a client’s soon to be ex-husband).
I hate when my Nike+ dies on a run. Did it not record the first 1.3? How does the garmin work? Just curious.
