I went to the gym this morning and ran 3 miles in 32 minutes. I wanted to run 4 or 5 miles but I just wasn’t feeling it, so I just cut the run short. I thought we were going to the gym this afternoon, but after we ate sushi at dinner M did feel like working out (we obviously ate out today; in fact, I ate out a lot today but given the possibilities I think I did well).
After dinner, we went to Dick’s and Target so I could get a bathing suit and a pair of goggles. That’s right, I’m going to try out the LA Fitness pool in the a.m. I am excited about swimming because I think it’ll be a good way to cross train AND I do want to eventually run a triathlon.
